I met Ralph while working as a Fleet Manager for a local Chevrolet Dealer in the early 2000's. Over the years Ralph and I collaborated on a lot of vehicles delivered to our dealership, for his friends in Metro Detroit. That were shipped to us from his friends dealership in Oklahoma. The moment I met Ralph I knew we would work great together. Ralph's knowledge of the car industry, history with General Motors and charismatic approach made him my favorite customer. We would sit in my office for hours talking about anything and everything. His stories about the auto industry and long career at GM were so compelling, that hours would just fly by. Further in our friendship Ralph met my parents Dave & Bernadine Stentz. Early on Ralph didn't know they were my parents and I didn't know they had met. One day my mother was talking about a new car with Ralph. Ralph told her I have the perfect person to help you. My mom told him that's ok Ralph but my son sells cars and will be helping me. Ralph agreed but said she should really talk to his friend the salesman too. He's the fleet manager at Chevy dealer down the street. My Mom said oh that's good he is my son. They both laughed. Ralph was more than just a friend. He was a friend of my family. I will always cherish our talks, time spent together and his glowing smile. He is a rare breed and I'm honored our lives crossed paths. Ralph will forever be in my heart

Aloha Ralph,
We had the wonderful privilege of working with Ralph through United Motors. Marc was a technician and I the office manager. We will miss Ralph calling just to check in. He enjoyed finding questions to ask Marc and testing his knowledge of GM products. He always took the time to find out how we were and how our family was doing, even when he was in a hurry to assist one of his customers with a purchase, lease,or delivery of their vehicles. He would bring sunshine into my day with his simple Hello and genuine caring everytime he called. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your life. We know that families are forever, our friendship will be also. Our Aloha goes out to all of his family and friends. Mahalo for sharing him with us.

Dear Morrison Family:

Ralph was a wonderful person and I shall miss him. I met Ralph in 1999 through a mutual friend, John Pruse. My family purchased numerous vehicles from Ralph, who emphasized customer service, and we always were pleased with his work. However, I most enjoyed discussing politics with Ralph. He was wise and principled, just a pleasure to have known.

Ralph came to KS and worked for dad on the farm and custom combining. He has been like a big brother to me over the many years. I was a small girl then but remember how he loved to torment mom on Sundays when she was cooking dinner. He would search all over the house for a 78 LP to play and replay "Driving Nails in my Coffin over You". Mom never found a good place to hide that record.
I will remember Ralph for his humor. He never failed to call me twice a year no matter where I lived. He called me just before Christmas with his genuine whit in tact.
I was miss you bro and pray you will rest in peace. Hugs, Love and prayers for your family.
