Kenneth Jankowski, age 71, died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at St. John Providence Park Hospital in Novi, Michigan. Kenneth was born May 6, 1946 in Hamtramck, Michigan, son of Lillian (nee: Grant) Jankowski and the late Chester Jankowski.

Kenneth was raised in Detroit and graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School in Detroit as part of the graduating class of 1964. Following high school, Kenneth went on to attend Highland Park Community College where he attained an Associate's Degree.

Kenneth would eventually find employment with the Ford Motor Company where he worked in business services. Over the years, Kenneth's employment took him in many different directions lastly working for O'Reilly's Auto Parts as a delivery driver until his retirement.

Away from work Kenneth was a "car guy", ... during his life he enjoyed the many cars he owned, especially his 1957 Chevy Bel Air. Kenneth enjoyed any time eating out at his favorite restaurants or just staying home taking in a classic movie. Kenneth enjoyed watching the old cowboy classics along with Star Trek reruns.

Kenneth Jankowski was the dear father of Rebecca (Don) Antonow, and beloved son of Lillian and the late Chester Jankowski. He was the brother of Jim (Barbara) Jankowski and grandfather of Joshua and Lucas Antonow.

A Memorial Mass for Mr. Jankowski will be Monday January 15, 2018, at 10am at St. Mary Our Lady Queen of Families Catholic Church (St. Clement Campus), 25295 Van Dyke Avenue in Center Line, Michigan. Kenneth's family will receive friends and guests at the church from 9:30am - 10am.
