Mildred Elsie Carmack, age 89 of Warren, died Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 7, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Raymond Volz Sr. and the late Dorthea (nee: Hoffmeyer). Volz.

Mildred was the beloved wife of the late Henry. Dear mother of Tom (Amy) Carmack, Nancy (Earl) Gusa, Mary (the late Tom) Mello, and Betty (Tim) Warnecke. Loving grandmother of Crystal, Jeremy (Laura), Henry, Scott, Faith(Phillip), Tom, Alan, Austin, Blake and Carlee. Cherished great-grandmother of Zach and Ellie. Sister of Barbara (the late Keith) Fox, and the late Delores and Raymond.

Mildred attended East Detroit High School and married Henry Carmack in 1955. She loved to travel to Florida to spend time with her siblings and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed a close relationship with her Lord and Savior all of her life.

Visitation for Mildred will be held on Friday, March 22nd from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren. Her Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday with services to begin at 11:00 am. Private Burial will take place Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Novi, Michigan.
