Patricia Ann Webb, age 77 of Clinton Township, died Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. She was born January 7, 1941 in Detroit, daughter of the late William and the late Harriett (nee: Blank) Popowiecki.

A longtime salesperson for the retail giant, Sears, Pat worked in their service center and brought a smile to thousands of faces over the years, along with her own brand of service excellence. Customer service was priority #1 for Pat,…and she did not disappoint. She was a dedicated and loyal employee who exuded integrity and offered the utmost in customer care while with the company.

When not on the job or tending to the needs at home, Pat certainly knew how to have a good time and bring balance to her life by infusing it with something other than work. Though she had a number of different outlets that infused the joys and pleasures she often sought, it was Pat's "gaming spirit" that helped provide some of her favorite memories,…many of which were the result of moments enjoyed at either the Bingo Hall or the casinos. Whether she was filling up her card and hoping for that winning scream,…or sitting around the poker table vying for that winning hand, Pat loved the excitement and anticipation that accompanied her favorite games of chance,…and, of course, giving "Ol' Lady Luck" a run for her money.

Patricia was a very caring and sentimental woman who still remained faithful to the greeting card industry and acknowledged each and every occasion by sending a card. Quite remarkable in this digital age when greetings are often a blip on a social media site, Pat's caring heart went that extra mile so that joy could be found in the mailbox amidst the bills.

Yet her caring heart emanated something so much deeper than merely a greeting card, it reached to the core of her loved one's hearts and souls and made her their matriarch known affectionately as the "Rock of the Family." She was always positive, always giving, and a wonderful example of love in action. Family meant the world to Pat, especially when it came to those precious cherubs, her granddaughters. Though her traditions were her own, Pat held to some of the old world customs where a mother and/or grandmother was going to make sure of one thing,…that you were well fed. Nothing says love like a full tummy, and Pat truly knew how to pour on the love!

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a glorious example of how to be both a mother and a friend. She went through a great deal in her journey this side of Heaven, yet remained strong and true to her faith and family. She loved with all she had, then God would always help her take it a step further. Like Emeril LaGasse with a tasty entrée, God provided the "BAM" to Patricia's style of loving,…and it was forever precious and special. She has run the good race, fought the good fight, and now goes to enjoy what God has prepared for her,…as well as a wonderful reunion with her precious granddaughters, Kyleigh & Kyrsten. She will be missed immensely by all who were blessed to know her. May she rest in peace.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late William. Dearest mother of Johnny Webb, and the late Michael (Lori) Webb. Loving grandmother of Allyson, Cydney, the late Kyleigh, and the late Kyrsten Webb. Sister of Richie (Judy), Pam (Keith), George (Carol), and the late Carol (Ray) Salwach.

Visitation for Patricia will be held Monday, June 11th from 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Rd.) in Warren.

Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Fr. Jack Baker. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
